I’m 42 and I am shoe-addict !

For all those who know me, know my LOVE FOR SHOES well! It wasn’t always like that but my first ever collaboration was with a custom-shoe brand almost a decade ago. Sadly, they couldn’t survive the COVID-recession, but that’s when my love for high quality shoes took shape.

For someone who’s always loved the elegance and confidence that heels bring, I often faced the painful reality that many stylish pumps are simply not made for comfort. I realized and sorta made piece with the fact that not all shoe-types are meant for mid-age women, me included of course. That is, until I discovered ALLY Shoes—a women-owned brand that has redefined what it means to wear heels without the agony.

A little about ALLY SHOES

ALLY Shoes was founded by Samantha Dong after a hiking injury left her unable to wear her beloved heels without pain. Determined to find a solution, she teamed up with designer Sara Jaramillo and Podiatric surgeon Dr. Roxann Clarke to create a line of heels that are both stylish and comfortable. Their mission- to design shoes that women can wear all day without compromising on style or comfort .

my personal experience

When I received my pair of Sassy Saffron Suede Pumps from ALLY, I was immediately impressed by their vibrant color and sleek design. But what truly stood out was how comfortable they felt. The ergonomic insole provided excellent support, and the flexible structure allowed me to wear them for hours without any discomfort. They were like walking on cloud, they are so soft and plush.

When I first slipped into my ALLY yellow pumps, I immediately noticed the difference. Unlike other heels that I often have to “break in,” these felt incredibly supportive right from the start. I wore them for hours while styling two completely different outfits — an all-yellow monochromatic look and a bold red pants and blue shirt combo — and not once did I feel the usual pinch or pressure. The pumps molded beautifully to my feet, giving me both height and confidence without any of the discomfort I normally brace for with high heels.
