Turmeric Latte
5 ingredient turmeric latte aka golden milk

- 3 cups Unsweetend Almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey/ sweetener of your choice
- Few strands of saffron
In a deep pot bring milk to boil over medium heat.
Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and whisk briskly.
Add saffron strands, crank up the heat and continue to boil.
Now add honey and boil for another 5-10 minutes to cook the turmeric.
Top it off woth some dried rose petals and enjoy hot.

You can use any milk- almond, coconut, oats, or regular. If using sweetened version of any milk, adjust the quantity of the sweetener accordingly.
You can skip the ginger powder if it's a strong flavor for you.
You can use any sweetener of your choosing- honey, maple syrup, splenda.
Make sure to boil the milk for a good 5-10 mins, you don't want to taste the rawness of turmeric.
