HOW TO GET BEAUTIFUL SKIN IN YOUR SLEEP

Most beauty bloggers talk about their day-care beauty routine, but no one talks about their nightly skin-care. Having a night-time skin-care regimen and and sticking to it is equally essential. Your skin repairs and recovers fast when you are well rested. This regimen is really personal, all based on your skin type- but if you fall under the sensitive-skin-type, then you are in for some skin fabulousness. Most of the products that I use are appropriate for all skin types, but you might want to read the label before you jump-start it's use. Trust me ladies once you have a fool-proof regimen, it won't take that long. Even if you are feeling worn out, just spare five extra minutes and I promise, your skin will thank you. "Investing in your skin today will reap you the benefits tomorrow. "

I have a handful of products to my beauty-care regimen, and it takes me about 5-7 minutes from start to finish, literally....

ORGANIX EVER AGELESS CLEANSING MILK- I have always relied on the goodness of a cleaning milk for the ultimate facial cleanse before bed. Thanks to my gorgeous mom for introducing me to one. An occasional use of this with your cleansing milk will get your makeup and grime out from deep within. A clean face definitely leads to a healthy skin. A clean face lays the foundation for a healthier facial future.

LOREAL AGE PERFECT CELL RENEWAL FACIAL OIL- Undeniably ladies, we I am getting old. My skin is definitely feeling this aging pressure: it is now drier, is loosing it's firmness and is super sensitive too. I saw it coming but no this fast. Aging is inevitable but there are ways one could slow it down and also make it appear less visible. A cell-renewal facial oil can certainly facility this slowing down. I use 4-5 drops of this oil, few nights a week, right before moisturizing and that's it.  It will take a few uses before you actually notice the difference. It's a myth that people with oily-skin should refrain from using any kind of facial oil, but come on  a few drops ain't hurting anyone.  I have oily skin, and I am definitely embracing it, without any issues. I tried a few facial oils including Argan, but only this one worked for me. Again this is very individualistic.

TULA DAY AND NIGHT CREAM- I was recently introduced to this organic line of skin-care and ever since then- there has been no looking back. This probiotic-enriched cream that doubles up both as a day and night cream is remarkable. My skin does feel softer and healthier. I have been using this  more at night, coz my day cream has to have the sun protection factor, and this one ain't doing that. Be it what, I am loving it !

BATH AND BODY WORKS BODY CREAM- Not only does your facial skin but your skin esp around the elbow, knees and hands tend to dry out too with age. I keep this one by my night stand and right before popping in bed, a dollop of this is all I need .

SALLY HANSEN VITAMIN E NAIL AND CUTICLE OIL- This one's totally personalized. My cuticles tend to get extra dry and flaky, thanks to all the dishwashing-whomp whomp ! Ever since I added this to my night time skin-care, my cuticles appear less pigmented, and soft and the peeling has reduced remarkably. This intensely moisturizing vitamin-E infused oil softens cuticles and cares for your dry brittle nails and a swipe of it is all you need.

These are some of my nighttime skin care favorites, do you have any favorites???

Thanks for stopping by loves .
