We have witnessed so many fabulous trends come down the fashion runway for God knows how long. One that has always been around is the monochromatic look. It's versatility is unquestionable. One could never go wrong wearing this handy dandy style-trend. Inadvertently I have adorned this trend HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE. Today's post is a deliberate one at wearing this trend. I have had these cropped capris sitting unworn in my closet for over a year and a half just because they were slightly snug when I bought them. I could have gone a size up then, but to confess as I have what I call a flat butt, I stay away from even an inch loose cotton fabrique pants as they hang on my butt. So its out and loud that my flat butt is my body flaw, but no complains I have learnt to live with them. Okay now enough of my bum bummer......LOL
Coming back to where we were on my outfit, I love pairing orange and blue together, hence the whole look. The addition of the scarf was a last minute choice, but I am glad I picked it which kind of pulls the look together. The soft palate of peach against the blue and khaki gives me jitters ( in a good sense ) each time I look at it. Can't stop admiring the beauty of the colors together.
